Because we specialize in fitness gear ranging from lightweight resistance bands to heavy-duty weight benches and cardio machines, our shipping procedures are structured to ensure efficient transit based on package weight and destination.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major towns and regions across Kenya (including Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and surrounding areas). For orders outside of Kenya within the East African region, please contact our customer support team directly before placing your order to arrange specialized freight.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders are verified, packed, and dispatched from our fulfillment center.

• Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EAT) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email or SMS notification once your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partners.

4. Shipping Rates & Cost Disclosures

We believe in full transparency. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added to your order at checkout. Our shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the delivery destination and total order weight:

• Nairobi Standard Delivery: Flat rate of KES 300 for standard packages.

• Upcountry Delivery (Outside Nairobi): Calculated at checkout starting from  KES 500 depending on your exact location and package size.

• Heavy Equipment Delivery: For bulky items like premium weight benches or compact cardio machines, delivery rates are computed during checkout to reflect the specialized handling required.

• Free Shipping Promotion: We offer free standard shipping on orders over KES 10,000 across select regions. If applicable, this option will automatically appear at your checkout screen.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email and/or SMS containing your unique tracking number and a link to trace your shipment.

For large items (such as weight benches and cardio machines), our delivery courier will call or text you on the day of delivery using the phone number provided at checkout to ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package.

6. Damaged or Missing Items in Transit

Your fitness equipment is fully insured during transit.

• If your package arrives with obvious signs of damage to the outer box or contents, please document it immediately by taking photos.

• Report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing sales@homeworkout.online 

• We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Delivery Address Corrections

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone at [Your Phone Number].

Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners and left our facility, we cannot modify the delivery address, and any secondary delivery fees incurred due to incorrect information will be charged to the buyer.
