At Home Workout Online, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience building your home gym. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our Refund and Returns Policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, un-assembled, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging. For heavy equipment (such as weight benches or compact cardio machines), the box must not be torn or severely damaged.

  • You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable fitness or workout guides

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

2. The Return Process

If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at sales@homeworkout.online with your order number and the reason for the return. Please include photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If your fitness equipment arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Home Workout Online will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or arrange a pickup.

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind (e.g., you decided you don’t want the cardio machine or prefer a different style), you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the gear.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., M-Pesa, credit card, or bank transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as any item with obvious signs of use, assembly, or missing accessories that were originally included in the box.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account or payment provider statement again.

  2. Contact your payment processor or bank; it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [Your Contact Email].

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product (for example, swapping a damaged resistance band for a new one), send us an email to initiate the exchange.
